1. Membership
1.1 Membership is free to New Zealand residents. A person who wishes to become a member will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time. No alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme will affect any Credit Vouchers which have been issued.
1.2 Club Lincraft may refuse any application for membership.
1.3 A member must notify Club Lincraft immediately of any change of residential or email address.
1.4 Club Lincraft may terminate a membership in the Club Lincraft program without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member:
· fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions;
· abuses any privilege accorded to the member under the Club Lincraft program; or
· supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to
Club Lincraft, or if the member does not use his or her membership for a period of 12 months or deceases or becomes bankrupt.
1.5 Membership can be used at all New Zealand Lincraft stores.
2. Earning points
2.1 Club Lincraft points are earned on the basis that at least one standard point is issued for every $1 spent in a single transaction. From time to time, bonus points may be issued in addition to standard points under specially advertised promotions or competitions. For the purpose of calculating the value of an individual purchase, points are accrued based on the whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
2.2 Points will be credited to a member’s account for purchases by the member of qualifying goods or services but not on Gift Vouchers.
2.3 In order to obtain points, a member must advise the staff member that they are a member before the purchase is concluded at the point of sale or, if the purchase is by telephone or mail order, by quoting the membership number.
2.4 Points and the rights they confer cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points have no cash or monetary value.
3. Points
3.1 The accrual of a minimum of 250 points in a quarter will qualify the member to receive a credit voucher. The value of the voucher will be 4% of the total qualifying spend during that period.
3.2 Credit vouchers will have a validity of 3 months and cannot be redeemed for cash
or replaced if lost.
3.3 The value of the credit voucher will be based on the total number of points accrued by the end of the collection period and rounded down to the nearest dollar.
3.4 The redemption value of the points may be changed at Lincraft New Zealand’s discretion but will not affect any points issued prior to the date of change.
4. General
4.1 The Privacy Policy issued by Lincraft NZ Ltd forms part of these Terms and Conditions, but shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions if they are inconsistent in any respect.
4.2 Club Lincraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Club Lincraft program at any time without prior notice. Club Lincraft will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Club Lincraft program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any points balance in a member’s account at the time of suspension or termination.

We currently have 2 options for subscription - Monthly (Pay $9.95 per month, minimum 1 month) or Bi-Annual (Pay 6 months up front, save 10%)
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can cancel anytime, please contact our customer service team. Any unused portion of the current subscription period will be forfeited.
Can I skip renewals?

How will the subscription fee be paid?
Once you have signed up for the initial subscription, our system will automatically generate and process an order on your behalf using the payment method originally used. You will receive emails relating to the renewal order and payment.
How can I update my payment details?
Login to your online account and visit ‘My Subscriptions’. You can select payment details and trigger an email to be sent to you to securely update your payment details.
How can I update my email address?

What if my Credit Card Expires?
You will receive an email advising that your card is due to expire before your next renewal. Please follow the steps to securely update your payment details.
Do I get discounts in store as well?
Yes, your subscription membership is for both online and in-store. Online discount will be available within 10 minutes of membership purchase. In-store discount will be available on the following business day of membership purchase. Please note that any 'Early access to product' offers will only be available online.
Is my subscription valid in other countries?
Your Gold Membership is only valid within the country within which you signed up. Please contact our customer service team if you are permanently moving country.
eGift cards can be purchased online at lincraft.co.nz. Physical gift cards can be purchased in Lincraft stores.
Both eGift and physical Card types are redeemable online at lincraft.co.nz and in New Zealand stores.
An eGift Card is a Gift Card that is delivered via email. eGift Cards are delivered within minutes to the nominated email and can be redeemed online or in store. To redeem in store simply print the eGift Card or scan directly from a mobile device. Note: eGift Cards will be activated 24 hours after purchase.
eGift Card orders are ordinarily delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If you don't receive your eGift Card within 4 hours of purchase, please contact us.
Physical Gift cards and eGift Cards expire 36 months (3 years) after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.

Yes, you can direct your egift card to a particular recipient and create a custom message of up to 400 characters including spaces. To do this, click onto the egift card denomination required to personalise, fill in the mandatory fields.
Yes, you can add multiple gift cards to the cart and specify the recipient and a personalised message for each gift card when you click the product and add to cart. Each egift card will be sent as a separate email with the personalised details attached.

The gift card/egift card ("card") is issued by Lincraft NZ Ltd ("Lincraft") CN:3464632. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This gift card, once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Lincraft Stores in New Zealand; redeemable at Lincraft.co.nz; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of 36 months from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded but is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited. Check card balance by visiting a lincraft store or contacting customer service.

All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible that a supplier may notify us that a product is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation and provide a refund for your order or delay of your order.

No, we are only able to ship within New Zealand.
We will always honour your rights for a refund, repair or replacement as required by the Consumers Guarantee Act. Unless covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act we do not refund or exchange on products sold by the metre or paper patterns.
Wherever reasonable we will try and meet your expectations even for a "Change of mind" refund, provided it is returned within 30 days in a saleable condition, you have original proof of purchase and for refunds over $50, provide I.D. for store returns.

Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase. Tax invoices are included within the parcel contents.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Paypal or Zip account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.
How much fabric can I dye with one pack of DYLON Machine Dye?
One pack will dye up to 600g of fabric to the full shade (up to 1.8kg of fabric to lighter shades). Use multiple packs to dye larger amounts of fabric (e.g., 2 packs will dye 1.2 kg of fabric to the full shade). Always use the whole pack(s) in one go. You can use up to 5 packs in one wash.
How does the original colour of the fabric affect the result?
Colour mixing rules apply, e.g., blue dye on a red fabric will result in purple. Patterns on the fabric may also still be visible after dyeing. Stains, faded areas or bleach marks may not always be covered by the dye.
Do I have to add additional salt or a fixative?
When dyeing, don’t use additional salt or fix, as the dye already includes these.
Why is it more sustainable to dye faded jeans than buying a new pair?
The dyeing process with DYLON with 3 warm wash cycles consumes 60 liters of water. The production of a single pair of new jeans consumes about 8000 liters of water – primarily for the production of cotton and the irrigation of the fields.
How long does the fabric dye last? Will it fade?
You can treat dyed fabrics just like new fabrics. The shade will last longer if you use a colour care detergent instead of an all-purpose detergent.
Will fabrics dyed with DYLON fabric dye run onto other fabrics in subsequent washes?
Dyed fabric is the same as a new item in terms of colour. It should be washed with similar-coloured textiles to minimize the risk of colour runs. Red fabrics for example should not be washed with white fabrics.
Is it possible to dye dark colours to a lighter shade?
Yes sometimes, but you would need to use DYLON Pre-Dye first to remove the original colour.
Is it possible to dye faded fabrics after they’ve been through many wash cycles? Do the colour mixing rules still apply?
Yes, it’s fine to dye well washed fabrics and the colour mixing rules still apply.
Will stains or bleach marks be covered?
The best results will be achieved on stain free, clean fabrics. Stains are not always covered when dyeing and may still be visible.
Is it possible to do a whitewash after I have dyed something a dark colour with DYLON in my machine?
Yes, but the machine must be cleaned with a separate wash cycle (ideally 40°C). This is necessary in order to remove the risk of any traces of dye being left in the machine.
What should I do if I dyed with DYLON and some marks or stains appear in the subsequent washes?
It is important to clean the washing machine after dyeing as per the instructions in order to prevent any issues with subsequent washes.
Is it possible to dry dyed fabrics in the dryer?
Yes, after the first wash after dyeing you can put your dyed fabrics in the dryer. You can treat your DYLON dyed fabrics like any other coloured fabrics.
Is it possible to use DYLON fabric dye in a top loader?
No, DYLON fabric dyes are not suitable to be used in a top loader machine.
Is it possible to use DYLON fabric dye by hand?
Yes, you can dye your clothes by hand, but only by using Dylon hand dye. Machine dye and wash and dye are therefore not suitable for dyeing by hand.
Will DYLON harm my washing machine? Will dye residues remain in the washing machine after dyeing? Is it possible that dye residues will damage subsequent washes?
DYLON will not harm your washing machine. Due to the fact that DYLON is a dye, slight staining of rubber parts e.g., seals is possible. The staining will not affect following washing loads. You are advised to follow the instructions in the pack and to clean the machine with a separate empty wash cycle (40°) after dyeing. Traces of dye on the rubber seal can be removed by wiping with a small amount of bleach on an old cloth.
Should I use different temperatures with different type of washes?
A 40°C cycle is needed for the dyeing process. It’s best to use the longest 40°C cotton cycle available and not a quick wash, prewash or economy program. The best results are achieved with the standard 40°C coloured wash program. A lower temperature or another program (e.g., easy-care) is possible but results may be affected. Please refer to the leaflet in the pack.
Is it possible to iron dyed fabrics?
Yes, it is possible to iron dyed fabrics – just like any other new or coloured fabric.
Do I have to consider anything when dyeing patterned fabrics?
The patterns are very likely to remain after dyeing so they still be visible with the new colour.
