What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind refunds does not apply to cut or lineal product such as fabric unless they are not what you ordered or faulty in some way.

Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier and delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include accessories. Reproduction of colours may not be accurate.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Return the item to any Lincraft NZ store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Zip or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received.
